As I am sure you are aware, Monday, October 31 is Halloween. If you signed up to bring something to our Halloween Party on Monday, I am including a reminder. We still need some sliced cheese and another treat. If you would like to bring one of those things, please let me know.
No costumes should be worn to school on Monday. Please save your Halloween finery for the BIG HALLOWEEN PARADE on Monday afternoon. This event is sponsored by the SRES PTO and starts at 4:00 p.m. on Halloween afternoon. Children should meet at the school for the parade. The parade will proceed down Main Street and then back to the school for a supper of soup and sandwiches. After supper, everyone is free to trick or treat throughout the village.
