Homework Reminder: Homework will be assigned Monday-Thursday, unless a note is sent home letting you know there is no homework on a particular day. The students will usually be asked to complete a math worksheet and read. There also may be spelling and/or writing homework assigned during the week as well. For reading homework, students will be asked to read to an adult for 15 minutes each night. When your child is done reading, please ask him/her questions about the story. It could be a question about a character or maybe a prediction question about what might happen when you read together again the next day! Please sign the reading homework paper each night to indicate that your child has completed his/her reading homework.
